Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Boiled Chick Peas
1/4 cup Yogurt (Dahi)
1 Onion (Thinly sliced)
1 Tomato (Thinly sliced)
1/4 portion Pineapple (Cut into small cubes)
7-8 leaves Iceberg lettuce
4-5 Cherry tomatoes (Cut into halves)
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tsp Sugar or Honey
Salt

A super healthy salad so bursting with flavour you wont know what hit you! The delicious earthy flavour of the chick peas is complimented by sweet cold and fresh yogurt, and then a beautiful dash of chilli hits you, then comes the tang from the pineapple and the charred goodness from the bell pepper along with the crunch from lettuce and onions..ahhhh!!! want i write more or you got what you are signing up for??

Place red bell pepper in a skewer. Apply little bit of vegetable oil or olive oil to the bell pepper with your hands or a brush.

Roast the bell pepper on a gas stove, till the skin is nicely black.

When cooled thinly slice the roasted bell pepper and set aside.

In a bowl mix the yogurt and sugar and whisk well, till the yogurt becomes smooth. (You can use honey instead of sugar if you are avoiding sugar)

In a big bowl mix all the ingredients well.

It tastes great if the yogurt is cold. You may also add a few slices of cucumber and top it with a few roasted peanuts.
