Ingredients for marinade
250 gms Chicken pieces with bone
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tsp Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 Egg
Salt (To taste)

1 cup Curd
1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
12 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
3 Green chilli
Salt (To taste)
1 tbsp Oil

    What is it that come to your mind when you say Kala khatta? Something black, something khatta, something delicious! This recipe is all of that and more! The kind of thing jiska naam sunke muh me paani aajaye. Try it out to know, and just make ample lot of it because you wont be able to stop eating it once you start!

    Marinate chicken pieces with the ingredients listed for marination. (Keep aside for upto 1 hour)

    Deep fry for 3-4 mins on each side. (You only want to cook the chicken half way at this point)

    Mix together yogurt, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and salt. Beat it until smooth.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilli to it. Cook for a minute and add yogurt.

    Cook till water separates from the yogurt. Add the fried chicken at this point.

    Cook for five mins on medium heat. Cover with a lid and cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Uncover and cook again for 5 mins or until dry.
