2 medium sized Potatoes
3 Egg (Whole)
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 small Onion
1 tsp Coriander (Kothmir)
1 tsp Green chilli
(for seasoning) Black Pepper Powder
1 Cheese Cubes
(for seasoning) Salt

Yummy, healthy, easy-to-make and fun breakfast recipe!

Steps

Done

Peel and grate potatoes with a shredder or food processor.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan or skillet. Squeeze water out of potatoes completely and spread it evenly on the pan.

Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and then cover and cook until the base is nicely browned and crisp.

Break 3 eggs on top of the hash brown and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle coriander, onion and chilli on top of them. Cover with grated cheese.

Cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover and cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot!
