Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
10 Udad / Urad Papad
1 finely chopped Onion
1 finely chopped Tomato
1/4 cup Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels
2-3 tbsp finely chopped Coriander (Kothmir)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Red chilli garlic sauce
1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Mint mayonnaise
2 grated Cheese Cubes
1/2 cup Fine Sev (Besan Sev)
Salt (To taste)
Oil for frying

    Who does not just love Masala Papad? What if i tell you we just took the regular Masala Papad up a notch and remixed it! You might not like all those beautiful old songs remixed but this is one remix you are going to love! All the goodness of the original with a few new delicious notes!! We loved it and are sure you will too!

    Steps

    In a bowl mix together onion, tomato, sweet corn, 1 tbsp coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt together.

    Mix together tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.

    Fry all the papad one by one in hot oil and place on a serving plate.

    Spread the onion and tomato mixture over the fried papad. On top of it sprinkle grated cheese.

    Spread some Chilli garlic + tomato sauce over this, followed by mayonnaise and mint mayonnaise. Add sev and coriander on top and serve immediately.
